Melt her heart with a special a la carte sharing menu by Chef de Cuisine Pierre Tavernier, presenting such tantalizing choices as “Hokkaido Scallops”, “Canadian Lobster Bisque” as starters; and “Australian Beef Wellington” and “Grilled River Prawns” as main dishes. Heighten the romance with “Strawberry Tiramisu” tenderly concocted with champagne jelly with white chocolate as a sweet culmination to the meal.
