Bangkok – May 17th, 2016: Leading Silicon Valley’s innovators had the chance to visit Crystal Lagoons first-ever lagoon projects. Multinational Crystal Lagoons, which is based in the U.S. and has 12 offices across the globe, has developed a concept and patented technology to create the world’s top amenity. The company’s innovative technology is trending the global real estate, tourism and industrial industries, with a portfolio of more than 300 lagoons in 60 countries including the U.S, which promoted Silicon Valley to take notice.
Crystal Lagoons has been incredibly successful in the U.S., where just after one year of opening its U.S. Headquarters in Miami, has already signed 12 projects with leading real estate developers. U.S. demand for the sustainable technology has exploded with 55 projects in different stages of negotiations with a value of almost 54 billion dollars.
This success story drove Silicon Valley’s leading innovators to take an interest in the company and visit some of their projects. The group of innovators visited some of Crystal Lagoons’ most iconic projects, including the first-ever lagoon built at San Alfonso del Mar. Worldwide, Crystal Lagoons has created more than 40,000 jobs, and this figure would reach upwards of 700,000 jobs by 2020 with its projects.
The leading Silicon Valley innovators include one of the original iPhone creators Andy Grignon; Minecraft Creator Jens Bergensten, Bibop Gresta of Hyperloop Transportation; founder of Parse and Scribd’s Gesche Hass; founder of Dream and Doers; and Kris Jelbring of Mojang (Minecraft).
